Launderette

Although students today can't imagine living in a house without a washing machine, for 6 years of student life I did all my washing in launderettes, usually cycling there with a laden bag of clothes hanging from each handlebar. Today I was back, as I needed a big washing machine and drier for our queen size duvet. It was a bizarrely pleasant nostalgic experience.
