No other photos. Just this one taken in Lidl/Boscombe. That and Aldi/Sainsbury's is all we've done today. Woke up tired, despite a relatively good night's sleep. Must be the weather, and/or ageing :(

Had a long chat with 'boyfriend' of many years ago. We are friends with him and his lovely wife (who sadly has a degenerative disease).

Hope I feel more energised tomorrow - must have a swim. Looks like we may see some sun too.
