Three Times A Lady

What’s your preference: Ladybug - Ladybird - Lady beetle? • Ladybug is most common in the US but it isn’t correct as it isn’t a bug, it’s a beetle. Well, using that logic it isn’t a bird either, which is the term most used in Europe. Since most of us aren’t entomologists, I guess it really doesn’t matter. But we all agree she’s a Lady :)) • I found this cutie crawling inside of our ruby spice summersweet bush that’s swarming with buzzy bees • I’ve always called it a butterfly bush until recently when I saw one of momcat1’s blips. It’s thriving in this wet summer we’ve had, and overloaded with pink blossoms. Even the air is filled with its sweet scent • Peace & Love
