Post-spin

A very lazy day for the vast majority today with just two walks for Bailey, reading, a bit of tidying and generally trying not to think about the fact that I really should make a start on some work jobs. My energy levels were considerably raised by encouragement to go to spin with the favourite people. It was hard work but I definitely felt better for having shifted off the sofa. 

And good news from the vet this afternoon with Bailey's latest blood test still showing that his diabetes is currently stabilised. No need to go back to the vets any time soon unless anything changes. Which is very good news.
