Getting knotted

My now twice-weekly route from home to hospital for outpatient treatment takes me past the King’s Knot, underneath the craggy outcrop on which Stirling Castle perches. A pleasant area, and good for a breath of air and leg stretch after the clinical stuffiness and stench of antiseptic!
