Day in Chichester

A lazy start to the day, sitting in the garden. Then brunch in a cafe in the park. Went to another Film Festival event - something I’ve wanted to see for a long time - Harold Lloyd in Safety Last, made in 1922. You will probably have seen him hanging onto the hand of a giant clock at the top of a tall building? The film is fantastic, funny, and tense. I had very sweaty palms:) These film tickets were my birthday present. We looked at a ceramics exhibition at the cathedral, walked around the beautiful Bishop’s Garden, part of which is shown here, did some qi gong which was very reviving! Then to Pizza Express for my birthday meal. It’s not my birthday:) but this is when I can see my friends.
