After the rain.

Wonderful morning pottering in the garden in suprise sunshine. Mum came over for a cuppa and what started ok ended with a difficult conversation and frustration. 
After the rain had cleared, we headed to Wells for me to have a glorious sunset swim. I reflected on my conversation with mum and realised I need to rectify.
Hot blackcurrant and hot bath to try to settle my mind, but I slipped and banged my elbow on my dodgy arm. Tears came, but more for this can of worms I've opened, rather than a hurty arm.
Tomorrow is a new day.
