Raw, roasted and pickled
This represents the last month's cooking (not all done at once).
Food prep has been tricky since I had the vacuum pump attached to me. Let's just say that compressed air and rubber tubing doesn't combine well with naked flames and heat.
To cook the chicken I had to fling open the oven door, throw the bird in from a distance and hope it landed somewhere suitable.
Normal serve (I am sure) will return in the autumn.
