A swim at 8, a shot of swim cap and goggles after my lenghts.

Watched the first semi-final of fifa women’s WC. What an exciting finish to the 90 minutes. Spain were worthy winners with two excellent goals. Tomorrow Australia V England will battle it out for the remaining final place. May the best team win!
