I came across some photos I took in 1988. At that time I was working in Glasgow next to the Radio Clyde shop in the Anderston Centre. My colleagues and I regularly won prizes such as Dougie Bags which contained obscure 7" singles and station merchandise. The best prize I ever won was a trip with Captain George (Muir) in 'The Eye in the Sky' as he reported on Glasgow's rush hour traffic. It was a fantastic experience and, apart from the time he was on air, he chatted away pointing out all the landmarks. These photos show the site of the Glasgow Garden Festival and the construction of the St. Enoch Centre.
