Time to relax

Woke just before 8 and headed down to check Phin hadn’t had a repeat of yesterday morning when he’d had an accident during the night. Probably as a consequence of the stolen food on Sunday but suffice to say it was quite revolting and took a lot of poo bags, kitchen towel and elbow grease to clean up, followed swiftly by the kitchen floor being washed!

Fortunately he had not had a repeat and was happy to go out for his early walk.

After a light breakfast we all piled into the car and headed to Roslin Glen as S&L were keen to have a walk before they headed back home in their van. It was quite warm and we decided to stop at the tea rooms in Roslin for lunch. My tuna salad was very filling.

After we’d waved off our visitors, Phin slept for 3 hours and I started a catch up on journals as once again I’ve fallen behind!
