A wing and turbines

Such a lovely sunny day but still that strong chilly wind....perfect for both of the above. A run for me as tennis out due to my wrist, then I met a friend and her boys on the beach for a while (the eldest celebrating his 18th)....they swam but too bouncy for me with my injury.  R and I spent a couple of hours on the beach this afternoon - hunkered down and wrapped up! Argh my good arm/wrist hurt now from doing the work of both.
