Yes, I am that person who bought a Christmas decoration in August.  No, I don't know who I am either.  

Firstly, I can't be doing with Christmas.  Secondly, I believe that there should be no Christmas anything until the middle of December.  At the earliest; December 20 would be my ideal.   Come the glorious day, when I'm in charge, embedding that in law will be very high up my first 100 day agenda.
