Skater

This morning I parked by the lake, and strolled into town.  I am always on the lookout for a photo.  Luckily I had my camera at the ready when this guy went zooming by.  I had a short chat to PianoLady before walking back to the car.  Not too cold, +8C.

We are having fun feeding the birdsat the moment, they especially like the sugar water.  Have just seen 5 Tui's fly in for their sweet drink.  Besides the Tui's there are Wax eyes, Bell birds, Sparrows and Black birds.  We will miss bird spotting when they disappear over the summer months.
