Eye,eye

After a good 13 hours in bed I actually felt much better and more get up and go.It was sunny too which always helps. So I was out in the garden surrounded by birds and put on the Merlin app. More bird sounds recorded that I could not spot including chiffchaff,willow warbler, goldcrest and blackcap. Wonderful to have a flock of greylag geese fly very head, close enough so I could hear their wings.
Cleared a lot of the finished bedding plants while Mike cleared some more Ivy and hedging from the bottom of the garden.
This peacock butterfly kept flying around and eventually settled on the buddleia next to me :)
Spotted a speckled wood and a few cabbage whites as well :)
