If you want to get a-head, get a hat!

Had an appointment at the doctors this morning, yes, an actual face to face appointment.   It was to discuss the ongoing treatment of my migraines. Blood tests in two weeks and go  on from there. Then on to  M&S to do the food shop, and afterwards a coffee.  Another lovely sunny day, that's three days in a row.
