Full day

Up at 4:55, household chores including administering medication for Dougal and auntie. The cycle to work started with a chilly first few miles before the mist started to burn off revealing some lovely sunlight across the estuary.
After a busy day at work the cycle home in the warm sunshine was thoroughly enjoyable.
After organising auntie with some of the chicken casserole I had prepared last night I spent several hours in the back garden with hoe, rake, hedge trimmer and broom.Shower and shuteye now Zzzzzz
