Broccoli florets

A neighbour gave us three broccoli starters, and all three produced beautiful tasty heads that we've thoroughly enjoyed in a variety of recipes. I've never grown broccoli so I was very surprised to learn that the plants can produce little florets once the main head is cut. Bonus!
