I spy

Another early morning start. The mist still clung to the fells around Grasmere and the sun was just high enough to give reflections on Rydal Water.
A heron flew downstream as I approached the footbridge over the Rothay and a cuckoo was 'cuckooing' in the distance. So peaceful :)
The island in Rydal water was lit by the early sun and framed by the tree.
