East Jamison

Yet another Blue Mountains view. In a month or so the spring/summer light will be so harsh that most self respecting photographers should just give up on landscape shooting. I am getting in for my chop, while I can.

Anyway today I visited Sublime Point which, stuck out at the end of a long promontory as it is, offers the most expansive (approx 270 deg) view of the eastern Jamison Valley. 

I first tried to encompass the entire view in a panorama, but the aspect ratio got unacceptable for worthwhile blip presentation. I have included part of it in mono as an extra. Unfortunately Mt Solitary blocks most of the long, looooong distant view but you do get to see some of it,
