Perspex-acious

First things first. Get the house ready for the guests arriving this afternoon. Sheets and towels. A trip to Peebles for a replacement frying pan (most people can’t handle cast iron) and the promised starter pack of bread and milk.

The Perspex arrives for porch - and slots in perfectly. Eating lunch on the porch, it’s already clear that this is going to be an extremely warm space whenever the sun shines.

All the plumbing equipment is here, so I’ll get started on that tomorrow. But today I’m due in Edinburgh for a BCS branch committee meeting - which inevitably leads to a chipper on the way home.
