Noise!

This is what was happening on my road today, across the street, and I would imagine they will be working on my side of the street soon.  There was so much noise from cutters, buckets being scraped and a radio pumping out monotonous beats to drive you crazy.  It was so loud keeping windows shut only managed to reduce it a little.  This is for broadband.  Hopefully they'll be finished by the weekend before moving to another part of the estate.  I didn't have a car today as the alloy was repaired.  That has been completed so an escape tomorrow (for most of the day) seems on the cards.  The only plus side so far is the weather which has been brilliant.  Broadband speed should be quicker when the work has finished.
