Red rose

Blipped on my way home after going to the Royal Infirmary for a post op review. All seems to be well, which is as I thought it was. I was urged to continue to be careful and not put much strain on my hip joint. I will obey those instructions, but I think it's likely that I will find myself moving without thinking sometimes. Already I find myself much less preoccupied with my hip and how I move - and I don't absolutely always have my phone on me. I just hope I don't come to grief!
