Le calme plat

A bit of a contrast to Monday night :) S got back this afternoon, and we decided to go to the restaurant in the village for a few tapas this evening. It was deserted when we arrived at 8 pm, and only two tables were set. We sat on the lounge chairs on the terrace and had tapas rather than a meal. This was the view when we went to pay the bill ... six clients. In August. The food is excellent, and somehow they keep going, probably helped by the Michelin Bib Gourmand.

Yesterday was horribly humid and cloudy, but today has been quite pleasant. I had a lovely swim this morning. Forecast to be 39C on Sunday...
