End of the day, I haven't left the house at all due to work list craziness, and now I am treating myself to a hair treat and birthday present drink from my housemate - lovely!

Well, yes, it was lovely but also comes at the end of an hour of feeling quite emotional about life - reflecting on a lovely birthday weekend in ibiza, friendships, life purpose, sadness about dad.....

Thank goodness for the space for self care and a really decent espresso martini! And decent lighting lol
