Notes: We were all up around 430a but then back to bed and woke late. Lizzy not feeling great most of the day but finally ate late afternoon. I did laundry and got ready to venture out late morning but then Kathy said we don't need anything yet, just rest and wait till Mon - that sounded good to me. Was still a busy-ish day and her pain slightly less at times but no signif changes. We are laughing quite a bit which is fun. We shared a sprouts/hummus wrap early afternoon with a beer and I kept preparing and later had Kathy's recipe for chicken meatloaf w/ goat cheese & sundried tomatoes covered in fresh sprouts ... and homemade kale salad and dressing w/ shredded carrots, dried cherry & toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds) - I added a boiled egg to mine which was even better. Cleanup and more stuff around the house, garbage out, shower. Early night as she went back to bed ~6p and I was able to wind down early. Tho we were all up 130a-ish and I was awake for quite awhile.
