Busy BNI day to day and lots of good meetings with new Clients, which is always great.

Something amazing arrived in the mail today, I lost my much loved FitBit last week in Next on Princes street. I called them but a slightly shifty sounding boy told me, oh no, nothing found her, nothing, oh, em, I'll go and check ....... Really? Not that I'm saying ...........

So an email to Fitbit to ask if they could find out if someone else had tried to use my tracker. They couldn't but offered to send me a replacement one for free! How is that for amazing customer service. Thank you Fitbit.
