Conor’s new bedroom layout

Conor had been saying his bedroom feels too big and that it would be easier to get to sleep if it were smaller and cosier. This new layout means he is less likely to be staring at the wardrobe mirror which makes the room look twice as big and the square Ikea shelves at the end of the bed kind of box in his sleeping area. He was pleased with it.

Conor was playing on his Nintendo Switch all evening because he got a subscription to Nintendo Switch Online and was playing some of the old N64 games that Dad used to play.

Orla had her piano lesson with Ellie at lunchtime and heard that the Ellie’s other piano players had all said how impressed they were with Orla’s performance in the showcase run-through on Saturday. She was very chuffed. Moonlight Sonata is just about perfected now, definitely ready for the Showcase next Saturday.

Orla got her marks back for Physics assignment four on Thermal Effects. She got 80%. She also started working on English Language assignment four: Summary Writing.

Mum got back from Blackburn just after 8pm. Only away one night but it seemed longer because of Conor going back to school yesterday.
