Stuck in the mud....

Finally some birds other than seagulls are back in the local creek! Ended up here on  a little walk this morning after going to the post office, and it was good to see this lovely Cormorant and multiple Godwits paddling in the mud at low tide!  Also saw some oystercatchers, lapwings and a few ducks - as well as various sized gulls!

Also visited the library this morning with my Dad as we needed pink recycling sacks, and noticed they've set up a puzzle table in the library, so we did our bit and sorted out some edge and corner pieces! Will have to remember to go back in and see the progress made by others - if any!

A very warm and muggy day today - feels very calm before the storm kind of weather!! Must get the grass cut before the forecast rain arrives!
