“MARINE BLUE” SAGE

This is a favorite SAGE of mine, with its
silvery leaves & pristine, blue flowers.
It has been growing in a side garden,
where it doesn’t get much attention.
Today, I bring it out of the shadows.

This “marine” colored plant is an apt
reference to the turmoil in the Pacific Ocean, at the moment. On this calm, cool Friday, it’s hard to believe Hurricane Hillary will be hitting Mexico & Southern California
this weekend.

This rare event may bring much need rain to the driest parts of California & the Southwest US; but, flooding is a real concern. I am anxious, but getting prepared.
