Did not feel refreshed at all this morning, had to use my weighted blanket last night, to help the palpitations and chest pain. A disturbed night.

Only nipped out to collect a radio alarm that I had ordered, the lavender is at the bottom of the stair and I got a whiff as I walked past.

Spent the rest of the day dipping in and out of my jigsaw and watching multiple episodes of stuff on the laptop.
