Welcome to the Cockpit!

The last day of time in The Netherlands was truly made the most of with a bike ride to Haarlem and round. Lovely little roads, beautiful green parks and some pretty waterways too.

After a bus ride and a train ride to the airport, it was time for a brilliant look around the ridiculously large Schiphol Airport before boarding.

The plane was then delayed by an hour due to a lack of little vehicles to tow/push the plane out. However, this was a bonus in some ways because the pilot offered anybody who wanted to go on the cockpit to do just that.

How could I miss the opportunity to take Po for a sit in the pilot's seat?! He was absolutely lovely, offered Po the opportunity to wear his jacket...although she declined due to size!!

Back home now, all unpacked and washing spinning round. :-)
