What a difference a day makes

In comparison to all the exercise yesterday i have done less than 1000 steps today! 
As it was raining this morning we didn't walk the dogs. Phil took them out in the afternoon but I couldn't go as I had meetings.
This evening is fil. Night. Tonight's film was Plane. Its a good film I would reccomend it.
