Unexpected Bracelets

So, Monday I tripped over my own two feet and landed on my hip on the carpet in my living room! I went to the Emergency Room, got x-rated and was told nothing was broken, fractured or dislocated, but they did refer me to an orthopedic surgeon as a precautionary measure. His office gave me an appointment for Thursday morning, where his assistant took more x-rays and he spotted a hairline fracture that could be fixed with a plate and screws which is where I spent my morning and how I acquired the lovely bracelets!
