Wigtown - Book Town

Today a friend and I went to Wigtown, Scotland's Book Town. Originally we wanted to take part in an environmental arts exhibition, but due to the awful weather that we had today it was cancelled. Anyway, since we were in Wigtown we enjoyed a lovely coffee at the Reading Lasses  followed by a walk around the town. We will be back later in September, when the Wigtown Book Festival will be on to celebrate 25 years as Book Town! Do have a look at the website. There are some amazing readings etc. on for the event.
