Mom s evening meal

Did visit mom in afternoon and after an hour sister and husband joined the party. Mom is suffering from arthrosis in knees since more then 15y and as she is walking much more , then when she was with dad, she has more pain in the joints.I find that there is mentally some decline. Possibly because she spend much more time alone.
