Poppies

A lot of rain last night, lovely sunny, warm day today.

Up early for a fasting blood test, home, had breakfast, spoke to my friend and then drove her to see her friend.  Went to supermarket for shopping and then collected my friend and took her home.  Had lunch. 

K drove here and we went to the local nature reserve.  Some butterflies around today (extras) but I loved these poppies, so another flower shot! I only have a small butterfly book so not sure if the first two are correct, please let me know.  We had a cup of tea sat in the garden and when K left I made a summer fruit drizzle cake, new recipe.  It looks good taste test will be tomorrow!
