Commandments

I went for a walk with an old friend from Whitchurch to Overton - in north Hampshire.

At Freefolk, in between Whitchurch and Overton , there is the lovely small church of St Nicholas. It's now in the care of the Church Conservation Trust.

There are some interesting artefacts in the church, including this splendid ‘reredos’ portraying Moses and Aaron holding the Ten Commandments. I never knew Aaron was the older brother of Moses.
