Blue/Harebell
As them-over-there are wont to say - "Who knew?"
"Campanula rotundifolia, the harebell, Scottish bluebell, or bluebell of Scotland, is a species of flowering plant in the bellflower family Campanulaceae."
The bit I didn't know, but ought to have realised - it's a Campanula. I know not whence it came, or when; but it suddenly appeared a few years ago under the Yew Tree.
WE call it a Harebell THEY call it a Bluebell (Sorry, couldn't resist it.)
"I'll tell you what I don't I don't know." - I don't know if there are any Hyacinthoides non-scripta in Scotland, do you?
