I baked a cake

I Relented

Not only did I bake this cake but also lemons drizzle and millionaire shortbread

I drove to the allotment four times today.
Once to drop himself, second to drop Tooli (for she was the Registration), third to
Drop Boy and Jess and then fourth… me

And that all took place between 915 and 115 and baking a cake and icing another one

Everything was done and dusted by 2.

We’d all had burgers, coffee, peach tea and cakes(mine mostly). And the prizes were awarded

Himself has done a heap of work on the show. Arranging the vote, counting the votes. Making the certificates. Making labels for all the categories. Making the registration forms. He was delighted to have Tooli helping him. Without her admin skills I think he would have been beside himself

I won many prizes. (Prizes in classes i was the only entrant. :)

I won second for my Trug which I believe was unfairly marked ….. for quantity and not beauty. See my extra for how beautiful it was .

Tonight we watched Signs. And were a little sad
