Hurricane Hilary- the calm before the storm?

So we moved from the east coast where we were evacuated twice for Florence and Dorian and rode out other hurricanes, storms and tornadoes. We move to the west coast and think we would only have to deal with earthquakes! Nope! Hurricane Hilary is in bound.
