Back to the Bricks 2023

With adding a couple of back blips, I am now caught up after getting behind last weekend.

Today was the annual Back to the Bricks car show. Why the name? The main street is so old that it was paved with bricks that were never replaced by asphalt or concrete.

It is a BIG show, with the vehicles arriving between 3 and 5 a.m. to get the best spots. 

The car pictured is a 1929 Ford model A station wagon. I took the man's name, and I think I will try to paint him a picture, perhaps with animals driving his car. 

What was new this year? How about the lovely Lisa to the left of the car? It was her first time for the big show, and...she liked it.
