Decorative bicycle

We spent a pleasant evening camped at Grantown-on-Spey before setting off for Oban to take the ferry home to Mull. We were early for the ferry so I had a stroll along the pier where I came across this brightly decorated bicycle. It was parked in the bike rack alongside more serviceable but not such eye-catching bicycles.
