After the morning’s World athletics finished on TV we popped over to the allotment and picked a cauliflower, potatoes and green beans for our tea this evening.
Then we went for a walk around Castle Loch. There were some dinghies out on the Loch. It’s turned out to be a lovely summers day, warm with a cooling breeze.
I’m in quite a bit of pain in the upper jaw where I had a tooth out last Monday. Thankfully I am back at the dental hospital on Tuesday morning.
Life without Cassie is a big adjustment. We talk about her a lot and tears flow.
