They had it easy!

They were picking a lot of blackberries on Langford Common where we had an amble this afternoon.

Whereas J came and filled a bucket with plums from my tree. Whilst many could be hand picked she did have to resort to the long handled fruit picker which is somewhat awkward to use.

She’s bottling them whilst I have spent a fair bit of time stoning and freezing them.

I’ve also sadly noticed that my new clematis has developed clematis wilt! No cure apart from complete removal….!
