NLV Polestar

The Light Vessel Pole Star in Fraserburgh harbour as part of the 25th anniversary of the opening of the Museum of Scottish Lighthouses.

The light vessel is a lighthouse tender used largely to service and maintain  buoys and navigational aids and to deliver supplies to lighthouses operated by the Northern Lighthouse Board.
