Next Day
Often my metabolism is a bit "reluctant" the day after one of my days out, and I have a tendency to slouch about "feeling my age".
Not today.
So far I have clocked up close to 15k steps. Not much is likely to happen after this (it is almost 8pm) apart from a bit of reading and making my breakfast for tomorrow, but I am happy with that step count.
Certainly a couple of hours of gardening helped to get my numbers up, and another unhappy corner of the garden is now looking much better. My Blip is one of my bee friendly garden features - it is very popular at the moment.
Right, time to get back into the kitchen and put together overnight oats (with banana and pomegranate) for tomorrow morning.
