New Holland

An early white-knuckle ride this morning with Hanna as she tried driving Z's car. They are heading up to Galway tomorrow to visit an elderly relative, so I took her out to get the hang of the car and driving on the wrong side. 
Then, after a strong coffee, I headed off to the Bantry Agricultural show, these country shows are something I find interesting to photograph. This one I hadn't been to before and you could park in Bantry and travel across by ferry, to the site, which is on a little used airstrip, which was a novelty in itself. It had all the usual ingredients plus a little bit of celebrity spotting, (Maeve Higgins, Zadie Smith, Nick Laird). Then back again on the ferry and we even got to see two minke whales on the way back. A few more here
