Lost In Wonder

During the service we had an insight into the events which took place on the High Street, in the middle of Fringe crowds, and in Nicolson Square during the week, when the sofa was set up for passers-by to sit for a while and chat.

We were invited to add our own comments on certain images and to pray for those who, at the events, had left their names (or an identifier such as 'Dutch Couple').

It was reported that the event had been very popular, with many people coming to sit on the sofa to talk, often finding themselves able to speak freely or unburden themselves about any issues that they were experiencing and finding a release, others might just pass the time of day as one might while waiting for a bus - all in the discovery of rest and wonder.

I tried to add my original choice of photo to yesterday's blip as an extra but, again, it would not upload. I really don't know how to overcome the problem but can rely on the phone meantime.
