Fragrant buddleia flowers hanging over the fence

The neighbour is very remiss about letting shrubs, weeds and more importantly trees grow wild with no restraint, especially when they encroach our garden. Occasionally there is the benefit of the fragrance from flowers such as these buddleias, but mostly I feel frustrated at the invasion and loss of our wonderful views at ground level. Hmmm. As most people know however there is no right in law to a good view.
